Refund Policy

14-day refund

If you are not happy with your Crest Studio artwork, email hello@usurp.games within 14 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout or your payment reference. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. No reason needed.

After a refund

Please stop using the refunded artwork and delete the files.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are not offered, except where the law requires it, or where the files you received were faulty and we could not fix them.

Timing

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the money back on your statement.

Simulated purchases

Every purchase button inside the Usurp game is a simulation. No money is taken for them, so there is nothing to refund.
